3D printing

Professional printers, not a hobby setup.

3D printing, scanning and real estate photography, out of Colorado Springs. I got into 3D through design and video games, and it turned into something I do properly. If you need a part made, an object captured, or a property shot well, it is the same workshop.

Additive manufacturing

Parts that hold up.

I run professional 3D printers rather than desktop machines. That matters for two reasons. The parts come out accurate, and they are made from materials you can actually put to work rather than just look at.

Most of what comes through is functional. Brackets, housings, jigs, fixtures, replacement parts for things nobody sells parts for any more, and prototypes that need to survive being handled before anyone commits to a mould.

If you are not sure whether printing is the right way to make your part, say so when you get in touch. Sometimes it is not, and it is cheaper for both of us if I tell you that early.

01

Functional parts

Brackets, housings, enclosures and replacement parts made to be used rather than displayed.

02

Jigs and fixtures

Shop aids built around your actual workpiece, so the setup is repeatable.

03

Prototypes

Physical versions you can hold and test before anyone pays for tooling.

04

Short runs

Small batches where injection moulding does not make financial sense.

3D scanning

Capture what already exists.

Scanning turns a real object into a model you can measure, modify or reprint. It is the fastest route when there is no drawing, the original is worn, or the part was never documented in the first place.

Typical jobs are reverse engineering a part so it can be remade, capturing a shape so something else can be built to fit it, and recording an object before it gets altered.

Tell me the size of the thing and what you need the file for. Those two answers decide how it gets scanned and what you end up with.

Real estate photography

Rooms that read the way they feel.

Real estate photography for listings around Colorado Springs. Straight lines kept straight, windows that are not blown out, and rooms lit so they look like themselves rather than a showroom.

The point is that someone scrolling a listing can understand the layout without reading a word. If the photos do that, they turn up to the viewing already interested.

Tell me what you need made or shot.

A description and a rough size is enough to start. If it is a part, say what it has to do. If it is a property, say when it needs to be listed.
